Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to the ticket sale and participation in the Cosmic Moon Gathering 2025, which takes place from June 26 to June 29, 2025, in Pohořelice, Czech Republic. The organizer is [Organizer’s Name], with its registered office at [Organizer’s Address]. By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges these T&Cs.
2. Contract Conclusion and Ticket Purchase
2.1 Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased through the Cosmic Moon Gathering website or authorized ticket providers. The purchase agreement for acquiring a ticket is concluded upon completion of the order process and full payment.
2.2 Payment Terms
Tickets can be paid using the payment methods specified on the website. The total amount is due immediately upon ordering. In case of non-payment or chargeback, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket.
2.3 Prices
The ticket prices displayed on the website are final prices and include the applicable VAT. For special offers such as Early Bird tickets, the price applies only until the end of the promotional period.
2.4 Transferability of Tickets
Tickets are generally transferable. However, a ticket transfer must be registered in advance through the organizer’s customer service to ensure access. The transfer of the ticket is done at the participant’s own risk.
2.5 Personalized Tickets
Some tickets are personalized and non-transferable. In such cases, the transfer or resale is not possible.
3. Returns and Cancellations
3.1 Returns and Refunds
A cancellation or return of the ticket is excluded after the purchase is completed. A refund of the purchase price will only be granted in the event of the festival’s cancellation by the organizer.
3.2 Cancellation or Postponement of the Festival
In the event of a festival cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be informed via email or the website. In such cases, the organizer will refund the ticket price or offer alternative dates.
3.3 No-Show
If a ticket holder does not attend the festival, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
4. Festival Rules and Participation Conditions
4.1 Admission and Safety
Admission to the festival grounds is only allowed with a valid ticket. Participants must follow the instructions of the security personnel. No dangerous objects, glass bottles, weapons, or illegal substances may be brought onto the premises.
4.2 House Rules and Conduct
The organizer reserves the right to enforce house rules. Participants who disturb other guests or staff may be expelled from the festival grounds without a refund of the ticket price.
4.3 Age Restrictions
The minimum age for admission to the festival is 18 years. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and may only enter the festival grounds with a discounted ticket.
4.4 Children and Family Area
Children under 12 years of age have free admission when accompanied by an adult. There are designated family areas; however, participation in certain events is reserved for adult visitors only.
5. Liability and Compensation
5.1 Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other external circumstances beyond its control.
5.2 Liability for Fault
The organizer is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence, the organizer is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical and foreseeable damage.
5.3 Participant Liability
Participants are liable for any damages they cause and must avoid causing damage to the premises or facilities. Any property damage will be reported to the authorities.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Collection and Processing of Personal Data
The organizer processes personal data in accordance with data protection regulations. This data is used solely for ticket processing, communication, and the execution of the festival.
6.2 Transfer to Third Parties
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the festival (e.g., for the ticket provider) or required by law.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As the purchase of a ticket for a scheduled event is for a fixed date, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g, Paragraph 2, No. 9 BGB.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Changes to the T&Cs
The organizer reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.
8.2 Applicable Law
The law of the Czech Republic applies. The court of jurisdiction is [insert jurisdiction].
8.3 Severability Clause
If any individual provisions of these T&Cs are found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
