How a Vision Became a Magical Festival
Our Story of Love and Community
Our story begins with a vision and a profound connection that goes beyond words.
In 2023, three passionate souls came together: Jesse Horizon, René Kaipel, and Daniel Weber.
We united to create something wonderful—a festival that would not only be a place for music and freedom but also a community where hearts beat in harmony.
Each of us brought unique strengths and dreams to the table. René, with his invaluable management experience and clear vision, guided our shared project in the right direction.
Our collective enthusiasm and dedication brought the festival’s heart to life—a vibrant pulse we were eager to share with the world.
But fate had other plans. On November 1, 2023, we unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our beloved friend Jesse.
His loss left a void no one could ever fill. In this difficult time, we found comfort and strength in the community that had already begun to form around the Cosmic Moon Gathering.
Friends, supporters, and festival enthusiasts stood by us, giving us the courage to carry on Jesse’s dream.
With renewed determination and a strengthened bond, we decided to organize the Cosmic Moon Gathering 2024 as a tribute to Jesse.
We tripled the budget to create an experience worthy of his vision and to give each of you the opportunity to be part of this extraordinary community.
And it was magical. In the picturesque Rajenka in Pohořelice, Czech Republic, we found the perfect place to bring our dreams to life.
An unforgettable weekend of love, music, and magic awaited us all. Artists from around the world made the dancefloors come alive, from electrifying psytrance to hypnotic techno.
Our newly designed camping area became a sanctuary for relaxation and new friendships.
For us, the Cosmic Moon Gathering is more than just a festival. It’s a place where hearts meet, memories are created, and the love of music unites us all.
Our Cosmic Family grows every year, with each of you who joins this incredible journey.
In loving memory of Jesse and fueled by the boundless energy of our community, we look to the future with joy and passion.
